All of our Massage Therapists are certified, insured and well tested by us so that we know you are getting the best services possible. We can combine Massage with any of our other services. Call us to create your special package and to schedule your pamper time. We also offer many of our services at our partner studios if you would like to get out of the house for your pampering and healing massage.

All of our yoga teachers are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance.  Our teachers come from a variety of schools and backgrounds; they include but are not limited to Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Iyengar, and Kripalu Yoga.  We also have teachers that specialize in Pre and Post Natal Yoga classes.
